Watch the one minute videos to learn about AMS Suite: Asset Portal and
AMS Device Manager Web's general capabilities. Then, proceed to the Test
Drive area for each product.
AMS Suite: Asset Portal
AMS Suite: Asset Portal consolidates the flow of information from
mechanical equipment, process equipment, instruments and
valves to the right people at the right time. Experts can view
active alerts, as well as current and historical asset details
through the AMS Asset Portal. Allowing you to expedite your
decision-making.
Provide network access to the AMS Asset Portal to the right people at
your site, and begin comparing device configurations, looking
for trends in motor faults, or reviewing compressor
performance.
Quickly view all active alerts in your plant from a summary
screen, or browse for alerts associated with mechanical
equipment, process equipment, instruments and valves.
View alerts, asset details and event history gathered from a
single technology or across a combination of technologies.
Then, when the maintenance manager and the reliability manager
need to discuss an alert, they are adding their respective
intelligence to the same summary information.
AMS Device Manager Web
The AMS Device Manager Web application provides secure access to instrument and valve
information via Internet Explorer. Experts at remote locations
can monitor live device configuration data and access
historical data through AMS Device Manager Web for quick decision making.
View configuration, calibration, and alert information for any
instrument or valve connected on your distributed AMS Device Manager
network.
For example, display calibration information showing which
instruments and valves have recently passed or failed
calibration and which instruments are due for calibration.
AMS Device Manager Web combines the local pockets of data on each AMS Device Manager server
and displays it in a single AMS Device Manager Web window. For example, you
configured AMS Device Manager to repeatedly poll for alerts such as device
malfunction, analog output fixed, configuration change, etc.
on critical instruments and valves in areas A, B, and C. With
the secure access provided by AMS Device Manager, you can monitor the alerts
from all these areas, from your headquarters, or from your
home.
Query the system to display instrument and valve data by plant
location, physical network, or other criteria. For example,
generate a list of devices in a certain plant area and compare
all device configurations for differences.
